PAYMENT
We accept paypal mbluedoll@yahoo.com
If you’re Korean, please contact us for bank account.

LAYAWAY
We accept Layaway for dressed doll, Deposit 50% / Remainder 50% + Shipping
Deposit 50% should be paid when you place the order,
and Remainder should be paid before we ship your doll.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We can keep your personal information, Names, Phone Number, E-mail and Address.
We don't use them for other purpose.

REFUND
We can receive cancellation within a few days and it might occur some fee of cancellation.
Once we start working on ordered doll, the deposit is hard to be refunded
because your deposit is already used for manufacture.
So please place an order seriously.

OUT OF CONTACT
We send emails to clients when we finish the work.
If clients are out of contact for 6 month after making dolls (manufacture time + 6 months),
we are not responsible for your doll anymore. If we can’t get any response at all though we email several times,
we can’t keep the doll forever waiting for contact and remainder from customer.
We have a right to sell or donate the dolls.
So please don’t be out of contact for such a long time. Please stay in touch at least so we can hold the doll a little longer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We usually use EMS and the shipping charge is up to your location.
Korean Post Offices require the Phone number aw well for safe shipping.
So don’t forget to let us know your number. We can't ship your doll without your phone number.

SHIPPING INVOICE AND INSURANCE
We write the full price on the invoice and customs declaration and the dolls have to be insured.
We don't pay duty or tax for customers. In case you need some help, please let us know.

DOLL QUALITY
We do our best to make dolls, but our dolls are not manufactured in factory but
almost every process of doll work is handmade. So there can be some small flaws.
Seams and small cracks from mold trace, tiny bubbles and tiny marbles are not considered as inferior.

AFTER SERIVE
If dolls are damaged during shipping, please contact us mbluedoll@yahoo.com with photos of damaged parts.
We give you 3 days to report from the day when you receive the doll.
We will send you parts to replace for free. We may require the damaged item or parts back.

PROTOTYPE
Our dolls are pre-ordered doll, so what you see from the promo photos is prototype doll and our dolls are handmade, so it may vary from the photos shown a little.

MANUFACTURE TIME
Pre-ordered dolls take to 1.5 ~ 3 months.
It can be advanced or delayed a little. We will do our best to finish as fast as possible.
